Having gained sufficiently fair experience in running the Hotels, Promoters propose to develop a Budget hotel in Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
OBRPL will focus on tourism and business-related travelers as prospect clients.

The promoters as part of expansion, they have decided to set up a Budget business hotel with 27 – 30 rooms along with other facilities and amenities at Vile Parle (E), Mumbai. The plot of land admeasuring 250.80 mtrs, has been acquired by the company for the development of this hotel project.
The land is situated off Western Express Highway, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai in close proximity to Domestic Airport (5 mins. drive) and International Airport (10 mins. drive). The site is surrounded by commercial area and is very good location for a hotel.
